What a joke !! Footscray, Kensington. It seems there's a bias towards inner suburbs. Not everyone wants to be close to the city and it is not all about transport. Some middle and outer suburbs offer facilities and features that are unmatchable by the inner suburbs.
The book is about investment and growth potential!! I am more than happy that fans of Balwyn, Kew, South Yarra, Diamond Creek stay well away from the inner suburbs mentioned, especially Brunswick.
