Another Monstrosity for Preston
The site at the junction of High, Plenty, Dundas and Miller Streets Preston has an application for a permit to build an 8 storey apartment block with 36 dwellings and 2 shops.
I am a local resident who believes that such high rise development is inappropriate and should not be allowed.

I dont know how this small triangle is going to cater for 17 medium to high buildings. Unfortunately we've been asleep while these have been approved. It turns out none of my neighbours were aware of any of this development and our street is parallel with Plenty Road.
